Amniotic Banding
Also known as constriction Band Syndrome
Joe was born with amniotic banding. The banding can be seen on his left wrist. He also had three raspberry-type hemangioma on his back, a subcutaneous hemangioma on his spine, a bilateral cleft lip and palate, one missing toe, two syndactyly toes and one toe bud.
